In UAB Theatre’s production of Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812, the young and impulsive Natasha Rostova falls under the spell of the roguish Anatole, it is up to family friend Pierre to pick up the pieces of her shattered reputation. For this musical, we depicted an opulent golden frame enclosing the Moscow skyline with intricate Fabergé-like detail, adorned with Art Nouveau filigree, entwined hearts, and celestial motifs.
